Professional Profile

After completion of B.E. degree in the year 1986, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jaiswal appeared in U.P.S.C. Examination conducted in the same year and got selected as an IRSE officer. He joined Indian Railway as a Group-A Officer and worked with various capacity in different parts of the country. Various milestone has been achieved in Rail Line Project in the State of Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Gujarat with a proven track record.

His latest milestone was achieved by completing the project in Doubling of Surat-Jalgaon (310 km) in a period of only 3 years.

He also, Authored a Book "Vision of High Speed Rail Corridors in India" in India with the speed potential of 320 kmph for adoption in India. The book was published by Indian Railway in the year 2008. This is the only book by an Indian author on High Speed Corridor.

He comes with vast Experience in Planning, Designing, and Implementation of Rail line projects on fast track basis.

With rich Railway experience he is appointed as a Managing Director of Maharashtra Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (MRIDC) in July 2018.
